“After a series of 3 falls, where I caught myself with my right arm, my right shoulder lost strength and range of movement. Trying to use it without pain just wasn’t happening. I realized I was at the age for shoulder injury. I tried a slow rehab over the next 14 months without much success.
A friend of mine in Florida runs marathons and told me of the Softwave treatments that got him over a hamstring injury that had halted his running, something he is very passionate about.
